⦁ Golf course fees may change depending on local circumstances before reservation is confirmed.
⦁ When making a reservation, we will send you a notification about the progress, and you can check in with a voucher or your name when you visit the golf course on the day.
⦁ If a reservation is made for an odd number of people, a single cart fee will be added.

[2-3 player round rules]
⦁ When making a reservation for 2 to 3 people, you may be able to join depending on the conditions at the golf course.
⦁ Depending on the situation on the day, it will be decided as a solo round or a join round.
⦁ If you need to play as a join, it may take some time to wait for the join team.


[Pay caddy tip]
⦁ At Southeast Asian golf courses, you must give a caddy tip separately from the catfee, and it is usually around 10 to 20 dollars, 400,000 dong in Vietnam, 400 baht in Thailand, and 300 pesos in the Philippines.
⦁ Caddy tips can be paid directly to the caddy after the round.

- Pick-up times vary by hotel, so please be sure to check your text message.
- Please wait at the meeting location 10 minutes before the meeting time.
- If you have not received guidance by the day before, please be sure to contact customer service.


[Cancellation and refund policy]
- Cancellation and refund policies vary by golf course, so you must adhere to the cancellation deadline.
- If the game is canceled due to rain, you must submit the rain check voucher issued by the golf course to receive a refund.
⦁ For cancellation of all reservations, only the amount excluding the reservation fee will be refunded.
- All reservations are processed during business hours, and cancellations and refunds are processed during business hours.
